Shipping Policy
Kapadalay is committed to delivering your order in the fastest time frame possible, while ensuring the highest quality packaging.
Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- Online Paid Orders: Shipped within 7 working days and mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch.
- POD Orders (Pay on Delivery): Confirmed via call and dispatched within 7 working days.
International Shipping:
- Online Paid Orders: Shipped within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and can take approximately 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note, customs and other delays may extend this timeline.
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and Public holidays, during normal working hours. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest possible time, we ship through reputed courier services or transport. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will attempt to ship via Government Registered IndiaPost, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the source, destination, and total weight of the products in your order.
For Domestic Orders (India):
- Our prices are exclusive of GST unless mentioned on the product details page. As per the Government of India regulations, Kapadalay is fully GST compliant. The relevant GST will be added to your product total at checkout, if applicable.
For International Orders:
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination and total weight. For further inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us using our Contact Us form.
Damaged Package:
If you receive a package in a damaged or tampered condition, please refuse to accept it and reach out to our team using the Contact Us form with your Order ID. We also recommend capturing a video while opening the package for proof. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and ensure a brand new replacement is issued at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning the product.
