Shipping & Delivery Policy
Kapadalay is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid orders are shipped in the next 7 working days and are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch. All POD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched within 7 next 7 working days.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed couriers or transport only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but can not guarantee the same.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
- The shipping charge is calculated based on the source, destination, and total weight of all products within the order.
- Our prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax) unless mentioned on the product details page. As per the Government of India, Kapadalay is fully GST compliant.
- Relevant GST % will be added to your product total at the checkout, if applicable. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.
- For international shipping, please contact us using Contact Us form.
What if I receive the package in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team using Contact Us form mentioning your Order ID. If possible, capture video opening the package.
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
