Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Refunds & Returns:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. Once a refund is approved from our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you did not receive your order within the prescribed time limit, contact our support and you will be able to get updates regarding the status of your order. Our support team will try our best to resolve your issue within 24 hours and will let you know about your order status.

However, in case your order is canceled due to some unforeseen reason you will be refunded.

In case you have entered the wrong shipping address, contact our support so we can fix your address and ship a new package. We do not offer a refund for this type of scenario. For all other reasons, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.

  1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
